Inspire Dance Company was created by Erica Flynn and Bethany Anderson. They both have a love for dance and love to Inspire their students to be the best dancers they can be. Erica and Bethany won the Best in the Rogue Valley of Dance studios in 2023 with their previous dance studio. They believe in encouraging their students with positivity and kindness in their classes here at Inspire Dance Company. We also believe in a safe space for kids to learn and grow. All of our instructors are background checked and CPR certified.

Erica Flynn
Owner & Dance Instructor
Erica Flynn, is a passionate and talented individual who has dedicated her life to the world of dance and music. With 16 years of teaching experience, she is one of the owners of the Inspire Dance Company where she nurtures the next generation of dancers.
Her journey in the world of performing arts began at the age of 3, when she discovered her love for dance. Erica was a competitive dancer, and cheerleader growing up. Erica won multiple dance competitions as well as State Cheer Competitions. Since then, she has honed her skills and expertise, becoming a master in her craft. Her dedication and hard work paid off when she was awarded a scholarship to travel across the United States with a cheer company, showcasing her talent.
Not only is she a skilled dancer, but she is also a gifted singer. Currently, she holds the position of lead singer in two bands, showcasing her versatility and range as a vocalist. In one of the bands, she takes on the role as a Shania Twain impersonator, captivating audiences with her performances.
Combining her passion for dance and singing, she is delighted to share her knowledge and talent with her students. Through her teaching, she aims to inspire and empower the next generation of performers, instilling in them the same love and dedication she has for the arts.
With her vibrant and energetic personality, Erica creates a positive and supportive environment for her students to thrive. Her expertise, coupled with her genuine passion, makes her an exceptional dance studio owner and mentor.
Bethany Anderson
Owner & Dance Instructor
Bethany has been dancing in the Rogue Valley since she was 10 years old. She started her training in ballet and character dancing until she was 15 years old, she performed in the Nutcracker and Surealia locally at that time. She then joined TMTO (Teen musical theater of Oregon) as both lead and dance ensemble rolls. Rolls such as Savannah in Freaky Friday, a Brooklyn Newsie in Newsies, and Evie in Descendants. She then spent her last 2 years of high school studying contemporary and jazz. Competitive dancing also became a big part of her life and she was a first place over all soloist during her time competing. In Las Vegas Nevada she won 5th place over all at Starpowers nationals competition. From the start Bethany instantly fell in love with dance and hasn't stopped since. Since graduating high school she has taught dance classes for 4 years! She didn’t know she could love something more than dancing until she started teaching. Her ultimate goal and mission at IDC is to educate and support the dance community in health and wellness, teaching the importance of nourishment and body positivity for dancers, and sharing her passion of dancing with others. She hopes to create a fun, loving, and supportive environment that helps nurture kids love of dance. Taking her love for health, love for dance, and love of seeing kids thrive and succeed and mash them together to create a positive dance family.
Annalise Williams
Dance instructor, art instructor, costume designer
Anna has always had a love for dance and theater, coming from a home of professional dancers and opera singers. She received her initial training at Studio Roxander before exploring theater with Randall Theater and Collaborative Theater Project, along with circus arts through Le Circus Collective. Anna began teaching flexibility and contortion soon after high school and choreographing as well. Teaching is a passion and she is so grateful for the IDC family.
Callie Smith
Dance Instructor
Callie started her Dancing journey at the age of 3 in Panama City, FL. She has studied Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, Acrobatics, Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Pointe. She began competing at age 14 at both regional and national competitions. During her time as the competitive dancer she earned many overall scores as both a soloist and group dancer. She has also earned Super soloist titles at Encore and Miss DMI at Dance the Magic multiple years in a row. Callie's love for teaching dance began at age 13 when she started assisting in the younger classes at her studio. Since then she has continued assisting at her old studio in Florida, before moving to Oregon and is excited to be back teaching with IDC!
Leah Goucher
Dance Instructor
Leah did many sports growing up, but decided to join her High School Dance team when she was a freshman. She instantly fell in love with dance and never stopped since. She continued taking classes throughout college, mainly focusing on hip hop. For the last 10 years she has been a part of a local women's dance troupe. She has been teaching Hip Hop for 2 years and loves every minute of it. She can't wait to share her love for dance with her students at IDC!
